To sum myself up, I’m a Zoology graduate from the University of Bristol, taking every opportunity to get out and do fieldwork. I’m hugely interested in tropical ecosystems, which is convenient because they’re usually in pretty incredible places. I’ve done ecology work in Barbados, Bolivia, Hawai’i and at the moment I’m working as a field assistant at Khao Chong Botanic Gardens in Thailand.

I’m passionate about landscape ecology and conservation aimed at the whole landscape level, cetacean biology and conservation, drones, travelling, beer and good food. Finishing university made me realize how quickly time can whoosh by, so I’m trying to fit as much as I can into my brief blip of living. My posts won’t always be that frequent, but I’ll try to be heavy on the pictures and light on the words, apart from the occasional rant.
